RENEWAL OF A PRACTISING LICENCE
A practising licence is renewed if the physician has obtained 120 continuing medical education credits during the licence’s period of validity.
At least 10 (ten) credits must be obtained in each calendar year during the licence’s period of validity.
Physicians must submit their licence renewal application 60 days before the licence expires.
In addition to the documentation listed, retired physicians must submit their pension entitlement decision and a certificate of medical fitness to practise, which is valid for two years from its date of issue.
Proof of payment of EUR 80 to the Chamber’s bank account.
