COURT OF THE MEDICAL CHAMBER OF MONTENEGRO

The Court of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro consists of a President, a Deputy President and 3 (three) members.

The Executive Board appoints the President and Deputy President of the Court from among distinguished lawyers, on the proposal of the President of the Chamber. Other members are selected from among Chamber members.

The Court of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro is independent in performing its duties and adjudicates on the basis of the law, the Statute, the Code of Medical Ethics and Deontology, and the Rules on the Organisation, Procedure and Working Methods of the Court.

The Court determines the responsibility of Chamber members for breaches of the law or the Code of Medical Ethics and Deontology, unprofessional practice, and other cases specified by a separate act.

Decisions of the Court of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro are final and may be challenged in judicial proceedings in accordance with the law.
