ISSUING A DUPLICATE LICENCE / TEMPORARY PRACTISING LICENCE

If a licence/temporary practising licence is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, the physician must apply to the Chamber for a duplicate licence.

The application must be submitted to the Chamber within 3 (three) days of discovering the loss or theft.

The application for a duplicate must be accompanied by confirmation from the Official Gazette of Montenegro that the licence/temporary practising licence has been declared invalid.

If a lost or stolen licence/temporary practising licence is subsequently found, the Chamber member must return it to the Chamber.

A Chamber member whose licence/temporary practising licence is damaged or destroyed must apply for a duplicate within 3 days of discovering the damage or destruction.

The Chamber member must hand the damaged licence/temporary licence over to the Chamber.

A duplicate licence/temporary practising licence is issued within 30 days of submission of the application.
