REPLACEMENT OF A LICENCE / TEMPORARY PRACTISING LICENCE

Chamber members must notify the Chamber of any changes to the information recorded in its registers.

Physicians must apply for a replacement licence/temporary practising licence if:

- they acquire specialist status in a particular specialty during the licence’s period of validity;
- they acquire subspecialist status during the specialist licence’s period of validity;
- they obtain a scientific or academic title;
- their personal details change, or for other reasons.

Applications for replacement of a licence/temporary practising licence must be submitted on the prescribed form.

The President of the Chamber issues a decision replacing the valid licence/temporary practising licence with a new one.

A replacement licence/temporary practising licence is issued within 30 days of submission of the application.
