Report on the delivery of a professional/scientific meeting
After delivering an accredited programme, the meeting organiser submits a programme delivery report to the Chamber.
The report must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery of the programme.
The report must use the prescribed Report on the Delivery of a Professional/Scientific Meeting form.
