The professional meeting organiser issues a certificate/confirmation of participation.

The certificate / confirmation contains:

1. the organiser’s name and logo;
2. the venue and date;
3. the physician’s first and last name;
4. the title of the topic;
5. the type of continuing education;
6. the programme accreditation reference number and date;
7. the number of credits awarded;
8. the organiser’s signature and stamp.
