to the Assembly of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro
for the 2025–2029 term
Members of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro are invited to stand for election as delegates to the Chamber Assembly according to their place of work/permanent residence. Candidates stand in the electoral district indicated in the electoral register.
The table shows the electoral districts, the number of voters and the number of Assembly delegates to be elected in each district (seats).

Nominations must be submitted using the prescribed form, available on the website of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro, and emailed to: izbori@ljekarskakomora.me
Eligibility requirements:
1. The candidate must be a member of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro,
2. hold a valid practising licence,
3. be a Montenegrin citizen or a foreign national with permanent residence,
4. have no convictions for criminal offences against human health or abuse of official duty,
5. have no disciplinary sanction imposed by a decision of the Court of Honour,
6. not hold an elected or appointed public office, except for public offices for which they were nominated by the Chamber,
7. not be appointed as a member of the Central Electoral Commission or a District Electoral Commission,
8. have settled their membership obligations to the Chamber.
The District Electoral Commission verifies compliance with requirements 1, 2, 5, 7 and 8 after nominations have been submitted.
For requirement 3, candidates must provide a copy of a valid identification document: a passport or identity card for Montenegrin citizens, or a permanent residence permit for foreign nationals with permanent residence.
Candidates demonstrate compliance with requirement 6 by signing a declaration.
Candidates demonstrate compliance with requirement 4 after election as a delegate, but before confirmation of their mandate in the Assembly, by submitting an extract from the criminal records maintained by the Ministry of Justice.
The completed and scanned nomination form, together with supporting documents, must be emailed to izbori@ljekarskakomora.me between 27 December 2024 and 13 January 2025, inclusive.
The District Electoral Commission verifies compliance with requirements 1, 2, 5, 7 and 8 after nominations have been submitted.
Within three days of the nomination deadline, the District Electoral Commission will draw up the district’s candidate list on the basis of valid nominations. The list will be published on the Chamber’s website.
